Reentry Coordinator (2 Positions)
PJI has two openings for Reentry Coordinators who will provide direct support to participants engaged in its reentry programs. Working under the supervision of the Director of Reentry Services and in close collaboration with each other, the Reentry Coordinators assist participants in accessing resources and navigating services that support successful reintegration into the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to participants transitioning from incarceration back into the community
- Assist with the delivery of reentry programming, including workshops, orientations, and events
- Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure participants can access needed resources and services
- Collaborate closely with the peer Reentry Coordinator to ensure consistent and coordinated support across the program
- Maintain accurate participant records and track progress toward reintegration goals
- Connect participants with community resources including housing, employment, legal services, and other support systems
- Communicate regularly with the Director of Reentry Services to report on participant needs and program updates
