Samantha Simonsen

Administrative Coordinator, Prison Education

Samantha Simonsen is the Administrative Coordinator for PJI’s prison education programs. In her role, she supports the Bachelor of Liberal Arts Program at the Patuxent Institution and the Prison Scholars Program at the D.C. Jail. Prior to joining PJI, Samantha worked as the Program Coordinator for the Georgetown Law Institute for Technology Law & Policy. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in History and a minor in Justice & Peace Studies.
