Wade Shanks

Wade Shanks has always found law to be a compelling field. He joined the paralegal program for the opportunity to learn about the legal field from the ground up, and hopes his knowledge will enable him to help those within the system.

Shanks brings working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Adobe to the program, giving him a solid foundation in document management and file organization. His familiarity with PDF tools further prepares him for the day-to-day demands of legal work, where accuracy and organization are essential.

Previously, Shanks served as a motor pool supply clerk in the army and worked in technology as a network and help desk specialist. He has also owned and operated a couple of barbershops for several years and is a certified boxing coach in Washington, D.C.
