Shameika Ansley

Shameika Ansley joined the MORCA-Georgetown Paralegal Program to utilize her lived experience as a pro se litigant to help others navigating the legal system. She proudly earned a degree in electrical engineering from a historically black college and a master’s in public policy and management. After more than a decade in corporate roles, she’s now focused on civil law—especially homelessness advocacy, estate planning, and property rights. Ansley is passionate about making legal knowledge more accessible. She enjoys cooking, yoga, running, and traveling—she’s traveled to more than 70 countries!
