Mathews Carter

Mathews Carter came to the MORCA-Georgetown Paralegal Program with a clear mission: to better understand the law so he can advocate for prison reform and help others in his community. He previously worked as a community outreach specialist with Amnesty International.

Carter enjoys long road trips and meditating by the water. Above all, his goal is to continue setting a strong example for his child.
